Tax Wealth Hub provides an AI-powered marketing and growth platform designed for tax advisors, including but not limited to automated content creation, lead generation, AI digital twin technology, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is offered on a subscription basis.

The Service is intended for use by licensed tax professionals and business entities operating in the tax advisory space. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and are using the Service in a professional capacity.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on an annual basis as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc.

Content generated by the Service on your behalf, using your inputs and data, is owned by you, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms.

You acknowledge that the Service includes proprietary workflows, AI architectures, and prompt engineering that constitute trade secrets of the Company. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any proprietary elements of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Service does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a subscription at the end of the applicable billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately for material violation of these Terms, without refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
